Makefile % -- uboot

說明 '%' 代表萬用字，就有點像 shell command 的 '*'

所以 uboot Makefile 中：

%_config:: outputmakefile
        @$(MKCONFIG) -A $(@:_config=)

就是任意以 _config 結尾的 target.

所以uboot 的 readme 說... make (board_name)_config

會把 (board_name) 餵進 MKCONFIG (就是 mkconfig 是一個 shell script)
